The apartment begins to generate profits once it is finished and handed to the rental agency which promotes and fully take care of the of the premises.. The owner of the premises receives remuneration which is paid regularly, e.g. every month or quarter, or once at the end of a given year.

We are at the second stage of the construction progress. At the beginning of September the building is going to be open shell, whereas in November the shell is to be closed – meaning 4th stage March 2021 is the time when we are going to hand the keys to Sea & Lake apartments, reaching the 5th stage of the investment.

The model of compulsory transfer of the apartment for management is an increasingly common market practice. However, it may not always be a convenient for apartments ‘owners. In order to meet the expectations of our clients, Sea & Lake Resort leaves the choice to the owners of the apartment.
There are around 300 apartments to be built in our complex. Each apartment can be tailored to your individual needs. We have prepared a package of five design finishing standards, Developer, Standard Plus, Premium, VIP and Individual, i.e. the option of furnishing the apartment according to an individual project is created in cooperation with our renowned interior designer. We offer apartments of various sizes, from the smallest: 33 m2 to the largest 82 m2. The building development plan can be found here: building development plans.
We have 5 design finishing standards. The basic one is the developer standard that allows you to arrange the interior of the premises on your own. Then we present you 3 ready-made interior finishing standards to choose from: Standard Plus, Premium, VIP. If they do not meet your expectations, we also have the option of arranging the apartment according to an individual project created in cooperation with our renowned interior designer, referred to in our offer as the Individual standard.

If we are talking about the author's supervision over the finished apartment by an interior design studio, these are average market rates of several hundred zlotys for each visit to the premises. However, it is worth mentioning that it is always an individual matter and requires negotiation with the author of the project.
Thanks to the unusual location of the investment, you have at your disposal a wide range of possibilities for spending free time. The vicinity of the investment offers an amazing opportunity for water sports: winds and kitesurfing, water scooters, pedal boats and kayaks, additionally we offer a private yacht port located right next to the investment (next to the scenic pier). As a standard, the investor provides utilities necessary for the operation of the jacuzzi on balconies dedicated to this solution. However, the jacuzzi itself is an optional element of the apartment equipment and additionally payable. Please contact us for details.
You can moor floating equipment, such as small yachts, scooters and pedal boats, boats. As of today, the pier with the marina are private and the fees will be settled within individual housing communities. If the Mielno Commune agrees to take over this facility, the fees will be charged by the City Hall.
Of course. At the request of our clients, we can recommend an internal designer - VIP Individual package in our finishing standards. Equally, customers can use the services of interior design studios at their discretion.
Yes. Our facility has also been designed with the youngest in mind, so there will be a playground for children in front of the facility.
Unlike other investments of this type, our investors have the possibility to use the facility all year round.
The building is equipped with an elevator. Additionally, a bathroom on the ground floor. In the apartments, it is possible to adapt elements to the needs of disabled people, such as reducing the height of the installation of electrical equipment, sanitary fittings, etc. In summary, disabled people will feel good with us.
Yes, individual parking spaces are an additional service. The cost of purchasing a private parking space is PLN 14,000 net.
